As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Admin to join our team and help us maintain our high standards

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin / Bookkeeping Office Manager to handle a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks. The successful candidate will have experience in office management, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency with QuickBooks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

Handle office correspondence, including emails and mail.

Organize and maintain office files and records.

Perform general office tasks such as data entry and filing.

Bookkeeping:
-
Process and track payments and invoices.
-
Manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as needed.

Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Provide support to other departments as required.

Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Work Schedule:

Part-time position: 5-6 hours per day, flexible on exact hours.

Monday through Friday.​
