Meet Aiden, He joined us through his school's RAP program. Whether he is on the tools, or shadowing our seasoned journeymen, he's been quickly soaking up real-world experiences that go way beyond the classroom. Aiden has shown everyone exactly why the RAP program works-bridging the gap between education and industry with hands-on boots-on-the-ground training. This summer Aiden has laid the foundation for a solid career in the trades.
