Paul brings a unique mix of grit, service, and personallity to our team. As a former roofing company owner and a dedicated firefighter, he knows what hard work really looks like-and he's not afraid of heights, heat, or a challenge.

When Paul joined us, he was as green as they come. But what he lacked in experience, he made up for with hustle, curiosity, and the kind of work ethic you can't teach. He's grown quickly by driving in headfirst and refusing to back down from learning something new.
