Ray brings a lifetime of experience to the Grounded team. Having spent his entire career as an electrician and running his own successful electrical company for many years, he carries a level of knowledge and professionalism that only comes from decades in the trade.

What makes Ray stand out isn’t just his experience — it’s the relationships he builds. We’ve always had a great working relationship built on mutual respect, honesty, and trust. Even after closing down his own successful company, he chose to continue working in the field and has become a huge asset to the Grounded team.

Ray’s impact goes far beyond the work itself. He helped teach our Journeyman Hayden everything he knows...we all know how we were taught from our dad right....they make family bickering a hilarious comedy show. The patience, leadership, and pride Ray brings to the trade are reflected in the people he has trained and worked with over the years.
